I don't have the full package of Qt to use "lrelease", I'm using a light version of Qt Linguist only. Still, I've figured out that I was using an outdated version of Qt Linguist. After a quick search, I found a newer version, and now it releases the translation properly. With everything working, I've made some quick corrections in the translation as well. The files are attached. ;)

I updated the page listing all translations and the Portuguese language will be part of the next release.
